Mr Yeo B. T. has more than 25 years’ experience working in the multinational company as well as in SME. He has about 15 years of electronic engineering background. He was actively involved in Human Resource Development and had wide varieties of experience in different positions from Account Management, Operation Manager to Acting Director of Learning and Development, Asia Pacific in a multinational corporation.
He brings with him a wealth of experience working with people from all levels of organisationand different business functions in companies across Asia Pacific. He had experience in developing and managing Talent Management programme and involved in developing and implementing interventions for organisational performance.B. T. travelled extensively in Asia Pacific and led the development of learning curriculum for roles, based on competency and skills assessment.
He had conducted training, as well as facilitated training workshops in Singapore and various other Asia Pacific countries. He focused in the areas of performance management for leaders like mentoring and coaching, consulting, competency-based interview techniques, teamwork, and personality profiling to work effectively in teams.He is highly energized, with a strong passion to develop people, and is able to engage with his participants, shares practical life and working experience, as well as addresses their diverse learning needs in a fun and effective manner.
Mr Yeo graduated with an MSC in Industrial and Organisational Psychology & HRM from Baruch College – City University of New York, Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Professional Diploma in Training and Development from the Singapore Training and Development Association. He is a certified practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment instrument and Clark Wilson Leadership 360 Feedback.
