Wong K. W. has more than 12 years of corporate experience in manufacturing, sales & marketing before shifting his focus to human resource development and career management. He has done extensive consulting and training work for the last 12 years in the areas of career management, human resource development for corporations, government & non-governmental organisations, educational institutions. His other focus is on personal coaching and counselling on career development especially for those in career transitions.
Wong K. W. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from RMIT University. He has a Professional Diploma in Training & Development and is a member of Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA). He is an ACTA-certified trainer under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) framework.
He has also collaborated with WDA-JobsDB in facilitating outplacement programme, ‘PMET Career Skills Workshops’ under the Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience(SPUR) framework for PMETs, providing career management, job hunting, resume writing and job interview skills. In addition, he has facilitated in-house career management programmes for students at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore(NUS), SIM University (UniSIM), Republic Polytechnic (RP) as well as run public workshops for JobsDB.
