Through this highly interactive workshop, you will be able to apply strategies to help you become skilful and successful in negotiations at work.  You will also be imparted with the skills on managing conflicting situation during negotiation and when things fall apart how you can initiate a mediation process.

  • Understand and apply negotiating concepts: WATNA, BATNA, WAP and ZOPA
    – use negotiation process to solve daily problems at work
  • Apply the Milton’s model of persuading anyone and everyone
  • How to deal with conflict that arises during negotiation professionally
    – turn the table from a position of conflict to one of collaboration
