Daniel is an ACTA-certified corporate trainer who has designed and delivered training programmes for more than 600 organisations with participants from over 100 countries. Some of the areas he specialises in include creative thinking and innovation and emotional intelligence.
His training has been attended by Ministers, Judges, High-ranking military and police officers as well as CEOs, MDs and foreign government officials.
Well known for his light hearted and humorous delivery style, Daniel engages his participants by emotionally connecting with them and allowing them to appreciate the returns on investment of the training. He is a specialist in areas of thinking strategies, creative thinking and innovation, critical thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, crisis management, leadership, performance management, emotional intelligence, business and personal ethics, speed reading and memory enhancement.
Daniel is the author of six books and has written more than 300 articles that have been published in Straits Times and other magazines and journals. He also gives regular radio talk shows with 938 Live [Singapore]. As a keynote speaker in conferences and seminars, Daniel is well known for his light-hearted and humorous approach to training by using metaphors and parables and engaging his participants actively throughout his training program.
